About Divorce LitigationThis is the World Wide Web site for Divorce Litigation, a monthly law journal for family law attorneys. We cover the entire field of family law, but focus primarily upon issues arising out of divorce cases. Each issue of Divorce Litigation contains from one to three articles addressing various topics of interest within the overall field of family law. The articles cover their topic in substantial depth, and a typical article might cite 50 to 100 reported decisions. A number of recent articles have even cited case law from every state in the nation. The length of the publication is approximately 20 pages per issue.
