Volume 2 of Divorce Litigation, published in calendar year 1991, contained two separately bound inserts with each issue: Equitable Distribution Alert and Community Property Alert. These inserts are noted in this index by the abbreviations EDA and CPA respectively. Both inserts were merged into the main volume of Divorce Litigation in January of 1992.

Back issues are usually sent by regular mail or e-mail. We will use overnight mail if you like, but we must charge you for the additional cost of delivery. E-mail copies are sent in PDF format. Material from back issues cannot be reprinted in other publications or posted on the Internet without the express consent of the publisher.
