The Jury Research Services Division of the National Legal Research Group, Inc., offers quality jury research to attorneys. Since 1982, we have assisted federal and state prosecutors, criminal defendants, and civil defendants and plaintiffs in both highly publicized and less publicized cases. The Jury Research Services Division is headed by Jeffrey T. Frederick, Ph.D. He has been involved in jury selection and jury research since 1974. In addition to personally assisting in hundreds of cases, he has written two key books in the area, and Mastering Voir Dire and Jury Selection: Gaining an Edge in Questioning and Selecting a Jury (ABA Press, 1995) and The Psychology of the American Jury (Michie Co., 1987).
