- Employment Law Update is written by NLRG Senior Attorney and employment
law specialist John F. Buckley. John is head of our Employment Law
Division and has authored or co-authored a number of books, including:
- Family Law Update is written by NLRG Senior family law specialist
Brett Turner. Brett is the lead Senior Attorney on NLRG's Family Law
team. He was the author of the leading nationwide treatise on equitable
distribution, Equitable Distribution of
Property (1994), and is a nationally known expert in the law of equitable distribution.
In addition, Brett served as editor-in-chief of the monthly journal,
Divorce Litigation, and assistant editor for Equitable
Distribution Journal. He has led seminars on a variety of family law issues for both attorneys
and judges, and has served on the Legislative Subcommittee of the Family Law Section of the
Virginia State Bar. Among his published articles are contributions to the Washington and Lee Law
Review, the Virginia Lawyer and the Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
- Product Liability Law Update is written by NLRG Senior Attorney and
