Bang up job!  I don't know what the ultimate outcome of this matter will be... but Mike armed me with a potent weapon for use in negotiation and, if necessary, litigation.  While this is a research memo, I expect to use much of it word for word... It will certainly form the foundation for a brief on a summary judgment motion.  Well done!
