Senior Attorney David Wagoner

B.A., Wake Forest University, 1986; J.D., Wake Forest University School of Law, 1990.
 
David began his legal career as a litigator, practicing in both North Carolina and Virginia with an emphasis on commercial and personal injury cases. After leaving practice, David entered the legal publishing field, spending a number of years working for two international legal publishing companies in editorial and business management roles. He jjoined NLRG in 2022, focusing primarily  on personal injury and property litigation matters.  In 2026, he was named NLRG's Publications Director, and he joined NLRG's management committee.
 
When not at NLRG, David enjoys writing, home renovations, outdoor adventures, and enjoying life with his wife.
