Senior Research Attorney Nadine Roddy

B.A., College of Wooster, 1976, Departmental Honors in History. J.D., Marshall Wythe School of Law, College of William & Mary, 1982, where she was a member the Law Review. Member, Virginia Bar. 

With National Legal Research Group, Nadine has served as a Senior Editor in the Publications Department and as a Senior Attorney in both Family Law and Public Law.  She has also served as the Editor of the Bill of Particulars, the monthly publication of the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, Inc.  Most recently, Nadine has worked with John Buckley in NLRG's Human Services Division as a contributing author on the following publications: State by State Guide to Workplace Safety Regulation (Aspen Publications), Plan Correction Answer Book (Aspen Publications), and Crisis Management (West Publications).  She has also provided research support for State by State Guide to Human Resources Law (Aspen Publications), Multistate Payroll Guide (Aspen Publications), Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Guide (Aspen Publications), Defense of Equal Employment Claims (West Publications), and ERISA Law Answer Book (Aspen Publications).

Nadine's outside interest include music, genealogy, and birdwatching.
