The Jury Research Services Division of the National Legal Research Group, Inc., offers quality jury research nationwide to attorneys. Since 1982, we have assisted civil and criminal defendants, plaintiffs, and federal and state prosecutors in a wide variety of cases.

Our Mission

We bring a unique perspective to criminal cases. Over the years we have assisted both prosecutors and defense attorneys.  We have assisted the Department of Justice in the Iran-Contra prosecutions of Lt. Col. Oliver North and Rear Admiral John Poindexter, environmental crimes, and the Public Integrity Section.  Our assistance in criminal trials is not limited to jury trials, but includes highly publicized courts-martial as well. Our work also includes providing assistance to United States Attorney’s Offices from across the nation and to Attorney Generals from several states, including the State of Rhode Island in the prosecution of the owners of the Station nightclub where 100 individuals were killed in a 2003 nightclub fire. 

We have assisted criminal defendants in numerous cases, including North Carolina v. Joan Little; one of the Attica prison riots trials; and in pretrial issues in United States v. Zacarias Moussaoui. We have also assisted in numerous death penalty cases.

Our commitment to our clients yields diversity in the civil area as well.  We have assisted both plaintiffs and defendants in hundreds of cases.  For example, we recently assisted the defense in a patent case (defense verdict, Level 3 Communications v. Limelight Networks, 2009) and personal injury plaintiffs in Aichs v. Barbour et. al.  ($5.25 million, 2009) and Lester v. Allied Concrete Company, Inc. et al. ($10.5 million, 2010), and Lo v. GRTC ($8 million, 2009).
